Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied you may cancel and we will refund the remainder of your subscription term less a $100 administrative fee.

Publishing Schedule

Your Employee Security Connection will be delivered by email to you and your team no later than the 5th business day of each new quarter – January, April, July, October.

Can I Add My Logo?

Yes. It’s very easy to add your organization’s logo to the masthead of the PDF newsletter using Adobe Acrobat. We provide short, easy to follow instructions.

Do I Need IT Support?

No. Executing your campaign is very easy. Just attach the PDF newsletter and email to everyone on your distribution list. We even provide a ‘cover letter’ message you can use in the body of the email.

Limits of Distribution

You can share the Employee Security Connection with up to as many employees indicated in your most recent subscription order.

If you are a federal contractor you may also share it with uncleared personnel who work at the same location as the cleared personnel in your program.

You may not share it with subcontractors or non-employees. You may not post to the internet.

What’s the Best Way to Distribute?

Email, intranet, print – whatever works best for you. As an example, you might email the newsletter to everyone at the beginning of each quarter and post it to your internal website. Then during the following month, you might send a followup email message that has a link to where you’ve posted the latest Employee Security Connection PDF.

What Do I Receive Each Quarter?

An 8-Page Digital Newsletter as PDF

‘Cover-Letter’ Email to Use When You Distribute

  Optional ‘Local Update’ Page

Dated PDF to Share With Inspectors
