March 15 – Cancellations
Cancellations received on or before March 15, 2024 may request a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee. Those received after that date are eligible for credit/raincheck for next year’s program less a $200 cancellation fee. In either case it is always possible to send a colleague in your place. This policy is necessary due to the considerable commitments that we must incur with the hotel’s catering and services departments as well as the production costs of the program.
