When should I expect my newsletter?
Your Employee Security Connection will be delivered by email to you and your team no later than the 5th business day of each new quarter – Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct.
Can I brand the newsletter with my logo?
It’s very easy to add your company’s logo to the masthead of the PDF newsletter using Adobe Acrobat. We provide short, easy to follow instructions.
Who can I distribute the newsletter to?
You can share the newsletter with as many cleared employees as selected when you began your subscription. You may also share it will all of the uncleared personnel who work at the same location as these cleared personnel. You may not share it with subcontractors and other non-employees.
What's the best way to distribute to my employees?
Email, intranet, print – whatever works best for you. As an example, you might email the newsletter to everyone at the beginning of each quarter and post it to your internal website. Then during the following month, you might send a followup email message that has a link to where you’ve posted the latest Employee Security Connection.
